Every Wednesday evening from 9:00-11:00 eastern US time, Hal Turner brings

CNN reports "Hal Turner is a man with a message. . . . a master of the First Amendment"
DAILY KOS reports [Hal Turner has] "outstanding and unsurpassed ability
of verbal rhetoric and eloquence over the mighty radio-waves. . . . ."
The Southern Poverty Law Center exaggerates "Hal Turner is very much the violent public face
of the White Supremecist movement"
The Anti-Defamation League whines "Hal Turner is a violent, dangerous man."
After remarking on his show that a particular ruling by a US District Court Judge
"made her worthy of being killed" the Judge's family was slaughtered in Chicago.
Afterwards the shooter refused to be taken alive by police and killed himself. By killing himself
there was no way to link the shooter with Hal's on-air comments.
The FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, US Secret Service,
US Marshalls Service, US Capitol Police, US Department of Justice, New York City Police, New Jersey
State Police Office of Counter Terrorism and others repeatedly investigated
Turner after those killings - and numerous other killings, beatings, arson attacks and bomb incidents.
They lament, "He's coated with Teflon; nothing sticks to him. We KNOW he gets his
audience to commit violence and intimidation, we just can't prove it."
That point was driven home emphatically after Turner personally beat the hell out of
the Deputy Mayor of Jersey City, NJ, sending the guy to the hospital by ambulance. The local
court was forced to find Turner NOT GUILTY because there were no witnesses and Turner's high-priced
lawyer made a good argument for self defense!
When the FBI smugly told Turner "You can't make a move without us knowing about it" he laughed. A few
months later an Official White House photo was released showing President George W. Bush, in
the Oval Office, standing next to . . . . . a freelance photographer who is widely known
to have been with Hal Turner at several public Nazi and Skinhead events! The FBI and
Secret Service were so outmaneuvered the only thing they could do was pull the photographers
White House Press Pass after-the-fact. But it was clearly too late. Turner proved he could
get to anyone - even a sitting U.S. President - and the mighty feds had no idea it was even coming.
So effective is Hal Turner that no less than the President of the National Council of LaRaza,
appearing on CNN's "Lou Dobbs Tonight" blamed Turner BY NAME for "creating a wave of hate" against
illegal aliens.
Turner began riding herd over the pro-White movement in 2006 after it became known that a leader
of a major Nazi group was linked - through a close family member - to satan worship. Turner,
a Christian, told the group that this was not acceptable and demanded the link with satanism
be severed. The leader of the group refused to sever the link . . . . . and promptly found
a bomb under his car a week or so later. That fellow no longer leads anything.
When members of a pro-White social club started a riot at a family-oriented event held by the
Ku Klux Klan - at which Turner was an invited guest speaker - Turner was furious. Using the
social club's web site message forum, Turner personally reminded everyone
about the car bomb mentioned earlier and "wondered aloud" if another might have to find its way
to the leaders of social club. Shortly thereafter, the social club announced it
was severing all ties with the pro-White movement.
A major recent Turner triumph was successfully intimidating 18 United States
Senators into changing their votes and halt amnesty for illegal aliens contained in the
so-called "Grand Bargain; Comprehensive Immigration Reform" legislation.
Twelve hours after Turner released to his audience, Senator home addresses and unlisted
phone numbers, Senators reportedly received so many overtly violent calls and direct death
threats, they changed votes they had cast just three days earlier, thus ending the Amnesty Bill
for illegal aliens.
Hal Turner is the only media personality in the history of the United States to draw up and
publish a plan to forcibly and violently overthrow the federal government and do so in a way
that cannot be defended against if it were implemented!
So fearful of him are government agencies that when Turner went to Washington, DC on April 19, 2008,
the government put over one thousand five-hundred (1,500) police on the streets near the US Capitol,
with almost half in full riot gear to protect the government. On that day, Turner stood on
the west lawn of the U.S. Capitol and, his voice booming through an amplifier to the thousands
gathered nearby, warned the government that unless they built a wall to
keep illegal aliens out, and unless they began deporting huge numbers of illegal aliens, he and his
supporters would return to Washington. . . . .NOT to exercise First Amendment rights, but to exercise
SECOND Amendment rights" and told Congress "we will clean house."
Analysts inside the FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC have published reams of reports about Turner,
even going so far as to call him a "Domestic Terrorist." Yet despite such government theatrics,
Hal Turner uses his power and influence in support of White Americans and the "common man."
Only when government operates outside the law - or abuses citizens whom it exists to serve -
does Turner step up to rein them in. A combination of fierce rhetoric, backed up by
an audience of racially-aware white people, like-minded members of the US military,
like-minded members of law enforcement, Nazis, Skinheads, Ku Klux Klansmen and members
of Aryan Nations; all of whom are ready, willing and able to perpetrate horrific violence
to right an injustice.
It is his audience that makes Turner so effective and so dangerous. Once a week, Turner gets on the air and
"opines" about particular people who have done particular things, then "opines" that maybe it would

do something about it. These folks take their time. They plan. They never talk about it with
anyone and they never, ever, get caught; so there's no way to ever actually LINK Turner to
any of the things that happen.

Not a "natural born citizen" of the USA
In 1999, the United Nations confirmed that the plebiscite vote that led to
Hawaii's statehood was in violation of article 73 of the United Nations' charter.
The Hawaii statehood vote, under treaty then in effect, was illegal and non-binding.
In a world where nations are as governed by laws as are men, Hawaii is not and has never
legally been a part of the United States.
Hawaiians submitted a petition to Congress with 29,000 signatures opposing annexation,
and petitions to the Republic of Hawaii (the satellite government imposed upon the
native Hawaiians), asking that annexation be put to a public vote. They were never
permitted to vote on the issue.
In all, three separate Treaties of Annexation were sent to congress. All three failed.
In the end, Hawaii was annexed by a joint resolution of Congress. But Congress did not
have the legal authority to do so. A joint resolution of the U.S. Congress has no
legal standing in a foreign country, which is what Hawaii remained, even under the
provisional government.
If one holds that the government of the United States is obliged to obey the laws and
the UN charter it freely signed, then the status of the Hawaiian people as a distinct
and sovereign nation is beyond debate. This makes the United States in Hawaii, as Gandhi
described the British in India, acting as the masters in someone else's home.
(somewhat following the pattern of the Union’s establishment of satellite governments
that were forced upon the various Confederate States in the South after 1865.)
On November 23, 1993, President Clinton signed United States Public Law 103-150, which
not only acknowledged the illegal actions committed by the United States in the overthrow
of the legitimate government of Hawaii, but also that the Hawaiian people never surrendered
their sovereignty.
The latter is the most important part of United States Public Law 103-150 for it makes
it quite clear that the Hawaiian people never legally ceased to be a sovereign separate
independent nation. There is no argument that can change that fact.
United States Public Law 103-150, despite its polite language, is an official admission
that the government of the United States illegally occupies the territory of the Hawaiian people.

U.S. ARMY TELLS SPOUSES "STOCK UP ON NON-PERISHABLES"
GIVES VOUCHERS FOR BASIC FOOD STOCKS; TELLS FAMILIES TO KEEP QUIET
Tonight, I received a call from a listener from the US Army stationed in Texas. They live near
the base in an area where many other families in the service live.
On Tuesday, May 6, 2008, military spouses received a visit from army personnel. They were
given several locations as well as dates and times to show up for "commodities", as well
as a location on base they were required to show up on Wednesday.
The area on base they were told to go to is usually an empty field, only this time, there were
large tents set up, one of which they were told to go to.
Once in the proper tent they were told to begin to stock up on non perishables. They were
given a voucher for "large sacks" of beans, rice and other "non perishables".
They were also informed that generators would be provided.
They each received a schedule of times and dates to pick up these commodities.
Lastly, they were told to sign a CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT. It stated they were
not to share this information with civilians.
When several spouses asked what's is going on, they were told the Army takes
care of their own. Anyone with further info, please post in the comment area below.

I am sooooo sorry about no show on Wednesday
As you know, me and a group of guys went to the Al Sharpton protest
to antagonize; it worked
While none of us got arrested, something did happen on the way out of the area.
I won't say what happened - or what happened next -- but I can say that I am OK.
All my guys are OK.
After this thing took place, it took several hours to make certain there could never
be any repercussions from the matter. I didn't get home until just after 11:00 PM
Those several hours required me to be out of contact because we all had to pull the batteries
from our cell phones and leave the phones and batteries in a car so there would be no GPS
record of where we went. I had no choice; I had to do this and the show had to be missed.
I'm thinking about doing a special FRIDAY NIGHT SHOW to make up for the missed Wednesday show.

PIPE BOMB EXPLODES AT FEDERAL COURTHOUSE IN SAN DIEGO

Authorities say a suspected pipe bomb explosion has damaged a door and
blown out a window at the federal courthouse in downtown San Diego.
FBI spokeswoman April Langwell says the blast occurred early Sunday at the
Edward J. Schwartz Federal Courthouse. She says the damage occurred at the
building's front entrance and lobby area.
No injuries were reported. And no one has been arrested in connection with the blast.

Hospital Employee Assaults Patient Who Wanted To Leave
State Troopers warn others in hospital "don't speak a word to anyone or face arrest"
Tyler Hospital in Tunkhannock, PA is headed for a lawsuit after one of their employees,
Frank Doyle (Employee #1943) attacked a patient on Saturday evening.
A patient who was brought in by ambulance after a motorcycle accident, was tired of waiting for
X-rays and told hospital workers he was leaving. According to an eye witness, when the patient
attempted to walk out, Frank Doyle said "We'll see about that" and punched the patient in the
back of the head, then tackled him to the ground, ripping out
an IV and further injuring the patient.
Tunkhannock Police and Pennsylvania State troopers responded to the hospital and are investigating
whether Doyle committed assault, battery and unlawful restraint.
At this time, no arrests have been made and no charges have been filed, but the patient
says he plans to file a civil lawsuit against Tyler Hospital and against Frank Doyle personally.
Strange Police Conduct In Hospital - Affirmative Action strikes again?
Cell phone video of the incident and of police conduct in the main lobby of the hospital
was taken by a person in the hospital at the time of the incident and is on its way to
The Hal Turner Show. I'm told the audio portion includes at least one
state trooper, who was described by witnesses as "having dark skin, possibly an Arab"
telling someone not involved in the scuffle he was not to speak a single
word to anyone or face being arrested for "hindering prosecution." This left me wondering
if the darkie was an affirmative action employee with a chip on his shoulder.
When contacted by phone, Trooper Rothchild at the Tunhannock Barracks of the
Pennsylvania State Police refused to identify the Troopers who responded to the call
and went on to say that cell phone video or audio of the incident
would be considered "unlawful wiretapping which is a crime in Pennsylvania."
Since no "wire" was involved and since there is no expectation of privacy in the public lobby
of a public building, I'm laughing at such an assertion and plan to air the video and audio
on The Hal Turner Show this Wednesday. I expect to have the Troopers name by then.
I wish the Pennsylvania State Police good luck in prosecuting me since I'm not in their
jurisdiction and, thanks to Journalist "Shield Laws", I won't have to reveal my source either!

Federal sources close to this case have told me CIA Agent Roland Carnaby had proof
a "suitcase nuke" had arrived inside the U.S. from Israel on Tuesday. He was chasing the

the CIA Agent instead of the Israelis and ultimately shot the CIA Agent dead!

UPDATE 2329 HRS -- -- Federal sources have told me that they fear the detonation of a
small nuclear device in or around Houston/Galveston, TX.
They say the old refineries there need to be
modernized and expanded, but environmental regulations require companies clean up existing ground
pollution before they will allow those refineries to be modernized.
The costs of such environmental
clean-up would make new refineries too costly. HOWEVER. . . . . a "terrorist attack" in
that region would destroy the refineries and simultaneously shift all the clean up costs to. . .

SECOND UPDATE 0924 HRS 2 MAY 2008 - The CIA cover story apparently begins: ABC News is reporting (with video of the scene)
that Roland Carnaby was, in fact, chased and shot dead by Houston Police. They confirm he presented
credentials identifying him as being with the CIA. They report in the written story accompanying

several times to grant a form of Amnesty to illegal aliens who have invaded our land, and they cast those
votes in direct defiance of the expressed wishes of the American people. This is treachery; deceit.
How much worse can it get before we step in to clean the nation up?
If the federal government wasn't bad enough, we have media like ABC News pushing interracial sex on Christians,
intentionally putting queers in public to kiss just to see the reaction of passers-by. Other
media like NBC, CBS, CNN, the AP and such are manipulating news and pushing cultural cancer
in their programming.
In our grade schools, officials from Superintendents to Principals are pushing homosexuality
onto kids as young as five . . . . . yea. . . . . kindergartners!
Our nation has become culturally, socially and politically sick. It is in desperate need
of forcible intervention.
Some of us are preparing to intervene. Don't be surprised if or when the "clean-up" takes place.
In my opinion, folks in government, the media and the public school system would do well to consider
their future behavior very carefully.
For those who think "the voters" will correct things, allow me to remind you they are the
same fucking morons who got us into the mess(es) we're in.
For those in law enforcement who think anything can be done to prevent the clean-up, allow me to remind
them that as easily as we can get our hands on the weapons above, we can also get armour piercing ammunition
which will go right through kevlar body armour. So don't go trying to be a hero. Just stand down
and allow things to go as they must.
